Club Admission
Kindly note that there are no pre-sale tickets for club gigs and entry tickets are only sold on the night itself, unless otherwise stated. Patrons will be required to present a valid photo ID (with recent photo) for entry. All patrons are required to be in proper attire for club entry and admission is at Management’s discretion only. Entry to each outlet is subject to club capacity.

No professional photography / videography will be allowed unless prior permission is given. Please note that we have in-house photographers and videographers for our club nights and events. Hence, all patrons entering Zouk agree to have their pictures taken unless otherwise stated.

Supervised ART and Mask-wearing Regulations
From 14 June 2022, supervised ART is no longer required for entry to Zouk, Capital and Phuture. Masks shall still be worn on the dance floor at all times.

What is the minimum age requirement & dress code for all outlets?

Zouk, Phuture & Red Tail:
Minimum entry age: 18 years old
Dress code: Stylish, clubby
Strictly no slippers allowed

Minimum entry age: 23 years old for ladies & 25 years old for men
Strictly no slippers and shorts are allowed
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.

How do I obtain membership at Zouk?

Zouk strongly believes in rewarding loyal patrons who have supported us over the years. Thus, Membership is only given complimentary at Management’s recommendation and discretion.

If you have been a consistent regular for some time, it would be good to introduce yourself to our Outlet Managers and Front Office team so that they may get to know you on a personal basis and upon suitability and vacancy, recommend you for a Membership.

Recommendations are always reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. For further clarification, please send your enquiries to memberships@zoukclub.com

Does Zouk engage in any form of collaboration with or sponsorship for schools?

Zouk has worked with a number of tertiary schools in support of their events. If you are looking to collaborate with us or seek sponsorship-in-kind for your school events, please contact partnerships@zoukclub.com

Is there a paying guest list?

We do not request payment for guest lists, and our guest list is reserved for a small list of people including friends of DJs, staff, press, influencers, partners and affiliates of Zouk. Payment for entry to Zouk will only be requested at the door, or when advance event tickets are available for purchase on our official ticketing website.  

Is there a free guest list?

In the event that we do offer guest lists on certain nights, it will be shared via Zouk’s official channels such as Facebook, Instagram, our official Telegram group, via our DJs or Zouk staff. We do not extend guest lists via non-Zouk affiliated platforms such as external Telegram channels, group chats, unofficial promoters or non-Zouk staff.  

How do I purchase the covers/tickets for club entry?

Covers can be purchased at the door on the night of event. Pre-sale tickets for Zouk can be purchased at ticketing.zoukclub.com.

How much are covers/tickets for club entry?

Cover charges vary depending on the night/DJ. Please refer to our events calendar for more details.

How do I get to Zouk?

Zouk is located at 3C River Valley Road, Clarke Quay, #01-05 to #02-06, The Cannery, 179022. You may visit the outlet via the various transport methods below:

By MRT – Clarke Quay MRT or Fort Canning MRT

By taxi – Drop off location: Taxi stand C01
